Q. Can I inspect or trial the frames before purchase?
Yes, at eyecare2eyewear.com we understand the frames are unique to individuals therefore for our customer convenience we have introduced the following services to help you select the best frame possible:- Try at Home
- Try Online (currently under development)
Q. How do I use the try at home service?
Simply choose the frames you are interested in (up to a maximum of 3) and then click the "Try at Home" button. To cover the costs of postage and packaging we will charge a small fee of £2.50 per pair of trial frames chosen. Please note all trial glasses not in their original condition, packaging or not returned within this trial period are charged according to the full price of prescription glasses as specified on the website.
Q. When does my trial period start?
Your trial period starts the date the goods have been dispatched for delivery as stated on your receipt.
Q. What happens if I love the frames and want them fitted as prescription glasses?
You simply complete the enclosed eyecare2eyewear.com order form and return the frames within 7 days in the pre paid envelope provided. Please make sure you include a valid copy of your prescription.
Q. What happens if I love the frames and want to keep them as they are?
Once the trial period has elapsed, we will simply charge you for the full cost of the frames.
Q. What happens if the frames are unsuitable and you want to return them?
There is no obligation to buy and all we ask is that you return your glasses within 7 days in prepaid envelope provided, otherwise you will be charged for the full cost of the frames.
