Q. How long will my order take?

All orders will receive immediate attention to be processed on the same day by our in house laboratory team. We state to allow 28 days for delivery on our terms and conditions but our aim is to deliver all orders within 7 working days. In the rare event of any delay in your order we will inform you as soon as possible.

• Frames only - dispatched the next working day following receipt of the order.
• Accessories - dispatched the next working day following receipt of the order.
• Prescription glasses - we aim to dispatch within 7 days following receipt of the order

Q. What are the Postage & Packaging Prices?

Q. Do you offer refunds for postage and packing?

Unfortunately, no.

 

Q. Do I have to be at home to receive my order?

The packages we use fit through most letterboxes. You do not have to be at home if your have opted for standard delivery to receive your order. If you have requested recorded then a signature is required on receipt of the goods. Please note if we have to redeliver as a result of customer absence at the delivery address, we will have to charge an extra delivery fee to resend the goods.
