Q. What if my frames need adjustment after I receive them?
Most frames should fit well. If any minor adjustments are required most Opticians will provide this either as a complimentary service or for a small fee.
Q. How do I find a frame that fits well?
Our unique Perfect Fit Frame Locator allows you to find frames with a similar fit to you current pair. You simply enter your existing frame measurements into the according boxes and within seconds a list of suitable frames fit are displayed. Please visit the Advice Section of the website on how to find these measurements for your current frame. Alternatively you may visit local Optician you will advise you of the most appropriate fitting frame (there may charge a small fee for this service). Q. Are the frames and lenses you sell the same quality as my Optician would provide?
Yes. All our frames are CE marked and all the prescription glasses are quality checked by our Optician to ensure they meet your exact prescription requirements.
Q. Can you re-glaze/re-use my existing frames?
Yes, although we only recommend using this service in exceptional circumstances. This is because your glasses can become brittle over time which increases the likelihood of damage occurring during any re-glaze/re-use. Our extremely low prices mean that there should be no need to re-glaze/re-use your old glasses. Please note any re-glaze/re-use of your existing frames is done at your own risk and unfortunately we can’t guarantee against frame breakages.
