Q. 14 day money back guarantee?

At eyecare2eyewear.com we feel our customer’s satisfaction is imperative for our success. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your goods we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. You may return your goods within 14 days beginning from the date we dispatch your goods for delivery as stated on your receipt and we will either:
  • exchange your order
  • replace your order
  • refund order

All goods returned must be authorised with a returns reference number please visit the Contact Us section of the website to obtain a returns authorisation number.

All refunds will be in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and will issued against the same payment options as supplied to pay for the goods. All we ask is that the goods returned are unused, in the original undamaged packaging and complete with your receipt. If this is not the case we reserve the right to proportionately reduce the level of the refund if only some of original goods are returned, or if it is clear that some of the goods have been used.

Please note any refunds issued will be toward the cost of the frames and will exclude any prescription lenses or optional extras (e.g. coatings, high index lenses or tints).

 

Q. What do I do if there’s a defect with my order?

In the unlikely event that your order should arrive with a defect, we will replace them completely free of charge provided you inform us within 14 days from the date we dispatch your goods for delivery as stated on your receipt.

 

Q. Can I exchange my glasses for a higher priced pair?

Yes, you will only need to pay the part difference and new delivery charges.

 

Q. What is your guarantee policy?

We offer a twelve month guarantee against any defects or breakages on all frames and lenses. In the unfortunate event that your glasses are found to be faulty within 12 months then we will at our discretion refund, replace or repair your glasses. On occasions, if a frame needs replacing and it is out of stock, we may substitute frame of equal or greater value than the original (with your agreement). Please note that this does not cover misuse or damage that is not due to a manufacturing fault.
